FOUR NAIL POLISH SHADES TO TRY

RIGHT NOW

Whether adorning hand or foot, these colors rock right now.

Deblippmann

Sparkle

Oversized glitter is a big trend in nail lacquer. We love how this baby blue version looks like a robin’s egg on the nails.

Yellowpolish

Pastel

Pastels are big for spring and summer. Sorbet yellow is a bit cheeky and unexpected.

Whiteopi

White

Like Wite-Out, only chicer. Much chicer. Great with all of this season’s graphic prints.

Essiepolish

Neon

Brights have been big for a few seasons now. This purple shade is so pretty for a pedi.

HEAD TO TOE WORK LOOK

A printed blazer is the perfect, weather-appropriate centerpiece for your work look this week.

This week’s spring-like temps are just right for rocking a cool, printed blazer. It’s warm enough that you won’t need to layer a jacket or coat on top. We love the tongue-in-cheek, abstract currency print of Acne’s ‘Jinx’ style. We also love this similar, more wallet-friendly version by Topshop. The jacket is bold, so tone down the rest of your look with basic white separates. Equipment’s signature sleeveless blouse is so versatile and flatters almost everybody–a great addition to your work (and play) wardrobe. Tuck it into crisp, straight-leg white trousers like this pair by Reiss. Neutral accessories keep the look serious enough for work. We’re obsessed with the gold “spray paint” effect on these suede pumps by Jimmy Choo. A basic nude, pointed-toe pump would work, as well. Top it off with an oversized gold watch. It looks professional and cool, especially with the sleeves of the jacket pushed up a bit.

HEAD TO TOE CASUAL LOOK

These Étoile Isabel Marant pants are perfect for days in the city, lounging at the beach, or heading out to dinner. They’re a look that’s enviably nonchalant chic.

With the rain this week, these cool pants are a great alternative to jeans. Not to mention, they're such a staple for packing for weekend trips. For the city, you can pair them with high-top Converse or flats in a leopard print to add some bohemian cool to your daytime looks. For a night out, swap the footwear for cool booties or heels. If you're headed to the beach, opt for flat sandals (or these could work) and wedges if you're heading to dinner. For all looks, go for T-shirts in solid colors, like white, black, or gray to pair with these printed bottoms. Since the nights do tend to get a bit chilly, layering is key. Opt for a lightweight sweater, or just wear a tee topped off with anything from a jean jacket to a lightweight, leather one. Regardless of how you wear this look, remember to bring your umbrella!
